EXPRESS SHIPPING
Delivery in 2-4 working days
Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. showroom.
For international shipping please complete your order through our ETSY or Facebook Shop.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.
RETURN POLICY:
You can return any unworn item purchased on Scheherazade.us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Make sure you contact us with your order ID# for a return label. The merchandise you return must be in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
